The studios were ready and the equipment had been installed and tuned, but we still had to wait for some time before starting our own program, as the obtaining of the broadcasting licence went slowly. Mare made broadcasts that were transmitted by the Tallinn and Kuressaare Family Radios, Paavo continued equipping the studios and working out the automatic system.
