The opportunity to start a full-length program was somewhat unexpected and a little frightening, but nevertheless it was decided to start broadcasting seventeen hours a day and seven days a week beginning from 1 August 1995. All beginnings are difficult, and the sudden increase in work load tried both Mare´s and Paavo´s abilities and patience, as well as the abilities and patience of the computer specialist Madis Asu , who had meanwhile joined the radio team. Rapid improvement of the automatic system was necessary; it was clearly not possible to cope with merely human work in such a small team. Madis spent days and nights working at the computer program called Digilink, "gaps" and disturbances occurred in broadcasts, everybody always had small radio sets along to check the "self-acting" station. Workers of other local radios as well as of the state radio came to wonder at the new miracle of technology. It took time, but success came. In a couple of months, Madis corrected most of the programming mistakes and broadcasts grew smoother. Soon it became obvious, however, that even the use of the "miraculous gadget" was not enough to cope with three workers.
