In autumn 1995, Lea Rääk, later Sirkel, gave her consent to start editing some of the broadcasts. At the end of the year, Conservatory-trained Mare Päärt, later Tamm, who was furthering her training at the Higher Theological Seminary, started working as a music editor, and Ilmar Sirkel - as an editor of children´s broadcasts. The program grew, the choice of broadcasts widened. With the recording of the service in the Tartu St. Peter´s congregation of the Estonian Evangelical Lutheran Church on 1 October 1995, Paavo began the recording of services every Sunday to be broadcast on the same day. The recordings were made both in Tartu and outside, and the listeners could hear the Word and singing from their home congregations over the radio. This provided a foundation for the emergence of the listeners´ fellowship with the workers of the radio.
