By the end of 1995, the proclaiming of the kingdom of God by the Tartu Family Radio, which was now broadcasting 24 hours a day, had made so much progress that at the beginning of 1996 we could experience a great blessing and miracle of the Lord again. The signal of the Tartu Family Radio spread only about twenty kilometres outside Tartu, because the ten-metre-high antenna mast, which was located on the roof of the Higher Theological Seminary building, and the 100W transmitter could not carry the signal any farther. But God`s plan was that people living farther should also be able to hear His Word. The Board of the Estonian Christian Ministries decided to build a 120-metre-high radio mast in Tartu and to buy a new 3000W transmitter.
