As had become customary already, it took three weeks to erect the 120-meter mast and complete the second set of studio rooms. It is impossible to plan any works for more than three weeks ahead, since the majority of the American builders come to Estonia during their vacation time. This necessitates the timely completion of the works. The mast erection project was realized by a total of 36 missionaries from the USA. The whole team operated in three parts: Ten men led by Jim Hulse were erecting the mast constructions 800 meters from the Seminary, another ten headed by James Carlson were building new studios and a classroom, and the women were working at the meals in the kitchen.
