Concurrently with the building process we were applying for a new, regional broadcasting license. It was issued on November 7, 1996, under # KU 0000058 and enabled the reception of the broadcasts of the Tartu Family Radio in the Viru County at 88,9 MHz, the wavelength of the Rakvere station.
