In April Paavo Pihlak took part in the 3rd Radio Conference of the Euroasian Team of the World Radio Missionary Fellowship, or HCJB. These three days provided an opportunity to improve one's knowledge of radio work, meet old acquaintances, and establish new contacts. One of the great contacts established at that conference were friendship ties with Riga Christian Radio and its leader Talivaldis Talbergs. This "accidental encounter", which was actually arranged by the divine providence, of course, developed into a friendship, mutual visits, and experience exchanges.
