The year 1998 introduced a number of changes into the broadcasting program of the Tartu Family Radio. It saw the launch of the new serials MAN AND STATE, TREADING NATURE'S PATHS, and COUNTRY FOLKS' MORNING. Different hosts in the studio started to awaken the listeners in the morning. The staff of the Tartu Family Radio was strengthened by Marika Kusnets, Viive Mäesarapuu, and the voices familiar from the Estonian Radio , Hillar Peets and Toomas Jüriado. Due to the continuation of her studies, Lea Sirkel resigned from the radio.
